I just saw this movie at Rooftop Films on Friday. After shuffling us all into the school auditorium to check out the opening band, they figured the rain had cleared and moved us back up the roof. It worked out pretty perfectly considering the movie takes place in outer space. I thought this movie would be funny and campy, but I didn’t know it would be totally freaking hilarious. See it people, it’s at NewFest in July.

I’m really excited to hear that this is at NewFest in July! I’ve been looking forward to seeing the film for a while.
Definitely see it at NewFest. Half of it’s in outer space, so that’s rad. And the other half is in NYC, so figuring out where they are is fun too.
Agreed–this is a must see. Funnier than I expected, actually, and I expected it to be pretty funny.
Also, I was sitting next to a famous librarian. So that was a bonus.
